| Description: | Responsibilities:
• Assist in leading a 4 week backcountry trip of up to 6 at-risk youth with two other staff
• Supervise an additional 2 weeks of programming in the community
• Collaborate with program therapist in development and implementation of individual treatment plans
• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions and experiential ed. activities
• Ensure the physical and emotional safety of all group members
• Complete paperwork and documentation as required
• Complete additional responsibilities as assigned

| Qualifications: | Duration:
• Approximately 40 days of work per each 6 week program, programs are scheduled in 2009 for spring summer and fall
• Potential for additional hours
• 48 + hour staff training
Qualifications:
• Experience with at risk youth populations
• Significant back-country experience
• prefer Wilderness First Responder or Wilderness EMT
• current cpr/first aid certification
• Be in good general physical and mental health
• Negative TB screen
• Background check
